The monthly meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association was held on July 12th, 2024. The meeting began at 7:30 PM and was attended by Secretary Johnson.

A brief review of the notes from the previous meeting was shared.

After the approval of the minutes, several items were reviewed including:

• Neighborhood beautification projects
• Proposed amendments to the HOA bylaws
• Requests for repairs and upkeep

The meeting concluded at 9:00 PM.

The next meeting is scheduled for November 9th, 2024. All residents are encouraged to attend.
